We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man at this time.

Processing time

The delivery times above are counted from the day you place your order and include the time we need to prepare it. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

Where your order ships from

Our pieces are dispatched from our international fulfilment partner in Asia and delivered in the UK by Royal Mail, which is why delivery can take 7–20 days. All prices include UK VAT and there are no customs duties or import charges to pay on delivery.

Discreet packaging

All orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging, with no product details on the outside.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. You'll receive your tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received it within 8 days of placing your order, please email support@sottileintimates.com.

Delays, lost and damaged parcels

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, bad weather or busy periods. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 25 days of placing your order, please email support@sottileintimates.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you (or to someone or a safe place you nominate). If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once an order has been dispatched.
